I have lived in many parts of the World. People are influenced muchly by their surroundings ... their Physical Environment. Traits develop ... the differences in areas of The World are always interesting.
Wherever I am, I feel there are 90 wonderful things and 10 things not so good. No particular area or country appears better than another to me. People are people regardless of race or creed. Why all the hassle? I have also produced seven other Websites. My Core Website is www.scottyounger.com which encompasses all my work. My heart is in Black and White Photography. I have lived in 11 countries including China. I have Wandered and Wondered Around the World for 40 years. I present an Italian Website. Wherever I am I film the Wildlife in My Back Yard. I am a Kiwi, with European and Maori relatives. The World is a beautiful place with Much Iniquity - Many Injustices we need to solve quickly ... |

I love to Wonder and Wander. I love to Photograph and FIlm. The World is my oyster. Countries are antediluvian. I care not for Time. I will always Wonder and Wander.
I take Black and White Photographs. I love Prints. I optimise my negatives and digital files for Prints. The screen is secondary.
I like to develop the film and print them in my Darkroom. I take Colour (Color) Photographs. I take Slide Photographs - I develop Slide Film myself. I take Digital Photographs. The medium is not important. What is crucial is obtaining the most effective representation of one's idea / thought / vision. I am torn whether or not to label my photographs with Time and Place here. Some of me wants to, some of me does not. You will find some are and some are not.
The World is a Beautiful place. People are too ... we are all the same the World over. We enjoy / need the same things ... fortunately there are differences in aestheticism, arts and sciences, and lifestyles. The pity of it is there are a lot of unintelligent idiots contributing too much to the ruination of our lives and environment. We need to act now. Some of my favourite times have been with people whom I cannot speak with owing to language differences ... Actions are louder than words.
